General Policy

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Transcript365 products and services.

Transcript365 is operated by Beijing Jimu Zhonghe Technology Co., Ltd. (“Transcript365”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Payments for Transcript365 are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, billing, and refunds in accordance with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

1. 14-Day Refund Policy

All customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

This 14-day refund period applies to all customers regardless of their country or region, without geographic exceptions.

If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any additional or mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law or under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Where applicable law or Paddle’s policies provide greater rights or protections, those greater rights and protections will apply.

2. Credit Purchases

Transcript365 may sell prepaid credits that can be used to access transcription and related services.

The 14-day refund policy described above applies to purchases of Transcript365 credits.

If a purchase is refunded, any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase may be removed from your Transcript365 account.

Where credits associated with a refunded transaction have already been used to obtain Transcript365 services, we will handle the refund and any corresponding account adjustments in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund procedures and any mandatory consumer rights.

3. Subscriptions

If Transcript365 offers subscription products, you may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Cancellation of a subscription is separate from requesting a refund.

Refund requests made within 14 calendar days of the applicable purchase will be handled under the 14-day refund policy described in Section 1.

After cancellation, your subscription will not renew for another billing period, subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for a transaction that you did not authorize, please contact us or Paddle as soon as possible.

We will cooperate with Paddle to investigate and resolve billing issues.

5. Technical Problems or Failure to Deliver the Service

If a technical problem prevents Transcript365 from providing the service or credits you purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

Where the purchased product or service cannot be delivered as described, we will work with Paddle to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring the service, restoring credits, or issuing a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

6. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle, refunds are processed through Paddle.

You may request a refund using the support or transaction-management options provided in your Paddle purchase receipt or transaction confirmation email.

You may also contact Transcript365 at:

Email: support@transcript365.com

When contacting us about a refund, please provide the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your Paddle transaction or receipt information so that we can assist you efficiently.

We will cooperate with Paddle as necessary to process eligible refund requests.

7. Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to Paddle’s payment processing procedures.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment method, financial institution, and Paddle’s processing procedures.

8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

If the consumer protection laws applicable to you provide rights or remedies that are more favorable than those described in this Refund Policy, those rights and remedies will continue to apply.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy may also provide additional rights depending on your location and the nature of your transaction.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

Refund requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, refund abuse, or payment disputes may be reviewed by Paddle in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, please contact Paddle and/or your payment provider promptly.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights available to you.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, applicable law, or Paddle’s requirements.

Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes to this Refund Policy will not reduce any mandatory rights that applied to a transaction at the time it was made.
