At Transcript365, we want you to be satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of our digital products, please review our policy carefully below.

Digital Products & Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

All credit purchases on Transcript365 are for digital services that begin processing immediately upon your request. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for purchased credits.

Exceptions

If a technical issue caused by our system prevents you from using your credits (e.g., a service outage or transcription failure), we may, at our discretion, issue credit compensation to your account.

Note: Refunds will not be issued in the form of cash or payment reversal.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve a legitimate issue:

  • Your account may be suspended.
  • Any remaining credits will be forfeited.
